B) Sinus tachycardia
Electrocardiogram is usually abnormal in pediatric myocarditis, but unfortunately, the most common abnormality is sinus tachycardia, which is very nonspecific. Other findings include ST elevation / depression, T wave inversions, Q waves, diffuse low voltage, and dysrhythmias such as SVT, ventricular tachycardia, or conduction abnormalities. However, no finding is pathognomonic.
