    I use decadron, 0.6 mg/kg to a max of 12 mg. The original Quereshi study used 16 mg as a max, but 12 mg is probably plenty.

    Just looked it up – 12mg of decadron is equivalent to 75mg of prednisone, and 16mg of decadron to 100mg of prednisone!

    Iwould give a 0,3mg/Kg of decadron but I top it at 10mg. That is a lot!!!

    It is a lot! We were choosing 12mg just because it’s a multiple of 4 mg tablets, so we don’t have to cut tablets in half… 10mg dex is 67mg prednisone, which is closer to the traditional max prednisone of 60mg
