    E) No return of spontaneous circulation in a patient with asystole after 2 doses of epinephrine and adequate CPR
    Calcium is not routinely used in pediatric resuscitation unless there is a specific indication likely to benefit from calcium supplementation: hypocalcemia, hyperkalemia with EKG changes such as widened QRS or VF/VT, hypermagnesemia, or calcium channel blocker toxicity.
