    C) Early GBS sepsis
    Delayed meconium passage is associated with Hirschprung’s (aganglionic distal GI tract), congenital hypothyroidism, duodenal atresia or any other GI obstruction, and cystic fibrosis (meconium ileus occurs in 10-20% newborns with cystic fibrosis).
