    B) Pediatric patients requiring emergent chest needle decompression should undergo the procedure in the 4th-5th intercostal space, anterior-mid axillary line
A summary of 10th edition ATLS recommendations can be found at http://bulletin.facs.org/2018/06/atls-10th-edition-offers-new-insights-into-managing-trauma-patients/ While it is now recommended that emergent needle chest decompression be done in the 4th-5th intercostal space, mid-axillary line for adults, in children this procedure is still recommended to be done in the 2nd intercostal space, anterior mid-clavicular line. C and D are also recommended in the 10th edition of ATLS.
