One of the best investments I have ever made is 20$ on a good camping style head lamp. Amazing the difference it makes for successful FB removal (especially ears) and PTA drainage. Makes all the difference in the world and cheap enough that if it walks away from the ED where I keep it I don’t get too annoyed.
