Electrical burn at the oral commissure (corner of mouth) puts the patient at risk for delayed bleeding from the labial artery when eschar sloughs. It occurs in up to 10% of patients, from 3-5 days out to as late as 2 weeks out. http://www.eplasty.com/images/PDF/eplasty-d-08-00121.pdf
