    B) Kanavel’s signs for flexor tenosynovitis include: tenderness over the flexor tendon, pain with passive extension of the digit, fusiform swelling of the digit, finger held in flexed position. Fever, lymphangitic streaking, redness, and warmth may occur in both flexor tenosynovitis as well as cellulitis or other skin and soft tissue infection. The supratrochlear node could be reactive to the infection, but is not a sign particular to flexor tenosynovitis. For more info: http://pedemmorsels.com/flexor-tenosynovitis/
